The resin bond cutting wheel is compound of steel plate and work layer. The thickness of work layer is higher than the steel plate. They have advantages for removing chips and cooling.The steel plate has high strength and high rigidity. They are generally used for deep cutting ,high-load processing,grooving of component.

This kind of cutting wheel can self-sharpen and cut sharply. The quality of surface can be

improved due to the elastic resin bond.Meanwhile,it has free-cutting characteristics due to

low cutting forces and low cutting temperatures.so it can cut fast with clean cut surface
